As opposed to other payroll and HR solution providers who compete with brokers, PrimePay decided to break from the mold and offer a new kind of broker partnership. Enter: PrimePay’s Broker Concierge. It was founded to help benefit brokers build better relationships with clients, keep up with constantly changing and updating regulations, and offering continuing education, resources, and content.

My Solution
When PrimePay’s new website was launched in 2018, the need for a new Broker Concierge website became apparent. The Broker Concierge program needed more of a spotlight to showcase just how valuable a partnership with PrimePay could be. Together with the in-house developer, we created a simple, clean, and streamlined site to better educate brokers on the benefits of the partnership, which included exclusive tools and resources.
