Since its founding in 1986, PrimePay has provided businesses with payroll and HR administration needs. They offer a variety of services from time keeping, benefit services, HR solutions, and more. Their focus is on taking on the back office tasks from the clients to allow them to run their businesses seamlessly. In the past 30 years, the company has grown tremendously in both clients and employees, and with that growth comes more design needs.

My Solution
I was hired by PrimePay in 2016 to work within their Marketing department. Alongside our developer and additional designers, I:
- Updated the company’s branding guidelines.
- Created various Word and PowerPoint templates.
- Updated printed and digital collateral.
- Designed new trade show materials.
- Redesigned the entire website and email templates.
My main focus at PrimePay was designing and maintaining our website appearance and instituting A/B testing to continuously ensure our site was as effective as possible. Through various testing, we were able to increase our conversion rate by 5%.
As well as my design responsibilities, I was in charge of shooting headshots for all incoming sales representatives, as well as updating any current leadership or employee headshots as needed. Working closely with our corporate communications specialist, we developed a new series titled “Client Crush Wednesdays” where we would interview and film client testimonial videos for our website and social media.
